Returns Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products. If an item hasn't met your expectations, you can send it back. We also guarantee the product selection advice we give. If something you purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you can send it back for an exchange, refund, or credit.

We want to make sure you are 110% happy with your purchase, so even if you accidentally purchase the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it, and we will cover the postage! *Note free return postage does not apply to change of mind or sale items. 

Exchanges or refunds are granted provided that you have first notified us by email to web@thermoutdoor.co.nz; and they are returned following the below guidelines, which is at our discretion. 

Size exchange or change of mind:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
  • All hangtags & stickers must be attached to the garment in their original state.
  • All merchandise must be clean, unwashed and unworn.
  • All garments must be folded neatly inside the return package to avoid crumpling the fabric.
  • Written proof of payment or order reference must accompany the return
  • All garments are subject to inspection

Received wrong size or goods faulty/damaged upon receipt:

All goods must be inspected upon receipt. If you spot a problem, we can exchange on the following guidelines:

  • Contact web@thermoutdoor.co.nz with details & of the fault within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • All hangtags & stickers must be attached to the garment in their original state.
  • All merchandise must be clean, unwashed and unworn.
  • All garments must be folded neatly inside the return package to avoid crumpling the fabric.
  • Written proof of payment or order reference must accompany the return.
  • All garments are subject to inspection

Goods faulty or damaged after wearing:

We know every now and again things can go wrong after a bit of wear! If you do encounter a problem, please contact us in writing at web@thermoutdoor.co.nz immediately with details and photographs of the problem.

We guarantee our quality and will replace goods within a reasonable timeframe with issues that are due to a fault of the garment or manufacturing process (IE broken zipper, seam splitting). Damage due to misuse of the garment cannot be covered. Returns of damaged or faulty goods will be at the sole discretion of Therm Limited.
